We get the question all the time from our excursion and sports customers: “How can I live in the Turks & Caicos and enjoy this tropical paradise lifestyle all the time?”
Not surprising, as it’s easy to fall in love with the these islands after walking on the perfect white sand beach in the moonlight. Or plunging into stunning turquoise water. Or hanging out at wonderful cafes. Or getting to know locals and ex-pats, all of whom seem really happy to be here.
Why just dream about it? And then wake up one day a decade or two from now and wish that you had at least looked into it. You don’t have to.
Being ex-pats ourselves who moved to Turks and Caicos from the US and Europe, we know a bit about what it takes to move here and live here, to retire or start a new Turks & Caicos island life. Call us Tropical Lifestyle Specialists.
Drawing on all that experience (40 years combined) and honing our expertise, we’ve developed a customized 1/2 day excursion called “Living in Turks & Caicos.” The tour caters specifically to people on vacation who want an introduction to the island lifestyle in Providenciales (Provo) and see-it-yourself information to help decide on making a move.
We start by getting to know you—understanding your dream and your situation. From there, we tailor the tour so you get the most out of it. Then we take you around Provo (or other islands) so you can see what’s available, understand the possibilities (and limitations), and get a good feel for the place.
Along the way, we’ll tell you about market trends, property ownership, residency, bank accounts, cost of living, political structure, pets, importing, medical facilities, business environment, driving, insurance, security, clubs and associations, island hopping sports, and much more.
With us you’ll get the whole picture, pros and cons.
When you want to go to the next level of sitting down with a real estate agent, lawyer, banker, or builder, we’ll give you options and make the introductions.
Return home, not with just a dream of living here, but knowing if living in the islands is right for you and, if so, how to make it happen.
- $400 for 1/2 Day Excursion on Provo (1-3 persons—3.5 hrs)
